About Our Captains  HOME    |    CAPTAINS     |     FISHING REPORT    |    DIRECTIONS    |    CONTACT US Captain Chris Howard    (281) 793-0267 Born and raised on Galveston Island, Chris has over 30 years experience fishing the Texas Bays.  He has fished in such tournaments as the Texas Redfish Series and the Speck-Tacular Series.  He is licensed by both the US Coast Guard and the Texas Parks and Wildlife.  He is a long time member of the International Game Fish Association (IGFA) as well as the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA).  He runs a 22' Blue Wave boat and fishes year round in the Galveston Bay complex as well as East Matagorda Bay and Trinity Bay. Captain Fred George    (281) 546-5816 Fred has been Guiding in the Galveston Bay system for over 10 years and currently holds a 100 ton vessel Masters' License through the US Coast Guard.  He has fished the Gulf Coast Troutmasters, the Texas Redfish Series, the Speck-Tacular Series and the Prestigeous CCA Guides Cup.  He runs a 24' El Pescador boat and fishes the entire Galveston Bay system from Chocolate Bay to Trinity including the Galveston Jetties.  He also fishes East Matagorda Bay in the fall and winter months.  Wade fishing trips are available year round.
